THE ETHOS OF AGREEMENT
At Find Your Happy College (LTD) we operate from the ethos of conscious choice, honour, and allowance. We believe that when you choose to purchase a product, class, or subscription, you are stepping into a creation with us.
We request that you choose with awareness. If you are unsure if a product or class is right for you, please ask questions before purchasing. We are here to facilitate your choice, not to lock you into one.
Below are the specific policies governing cancellations and returns for our various offerings.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
Applies to The Gentle-Man Memberships and any recurring monthly/annual subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy:
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your user profile or by contacting support.

Access Retention: If you cancel, your access to the membership content, community, and live calls will end immediately. Some membership you will retain full access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Automatic Termination: At the end of your billing cycle, your access will be automatically revoked, and no further charges will be attempted.
Refund Policy:

No Refunds on Processed Payments: Because our memberships provide immediate access to exclusive digital libraries, live calls, and proprietary tools, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments that have already been processed.

No Pro-Rating: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for "unused" days within a billing cycle.

Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Applies to downloadable audio (such as audio & video files), video courses, PDFs, and instant-access online programs.
Refund Policy:

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital data, which cannot be "returned" once downloaded or streamed, all digital product sales are final.

Exceptions: If a file is corrupt or you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end, we will replace the file or resolve the access issue.
LIVE CLASSES (In-Person & Online)
Applies to seminars, workshops, and telecalls facilitated by Graeme Crosskill or any FYH facilitators.
We want you to be here because you get value, not because you paid.

In-Person Classes (1+ Days): If you attend a class and realize by the lunch break of Day 1 that it is not for you, please inform the host or facilitator immediately. You may leave the class and receive a refund (minus an 10% admin/processing fee).

Note: If you stay past the lunch break of Day 1, no refund will be available.

Online Classes (Multi-Part): If you attend the first session and decide it is not for you, you must notify us within 24 hours of the end of the first call or before the start of the second session (whichever comes first).

Exception: If the class includes an immediate manual download or instant replay access prior to the second call, refunds may be voided or subject to a deduction for the value of materials received.

Cancellation by You (Prior to Class):

No-Show: If you do not attend and do not notify us, your payment is forfeited.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Applies to 1:1 coaching, facilitation, or bodywork sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We ask that you honour our time as we honour yours.

24-Hour Notice Required: You may cancel or reschedule a private session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund (minus an 10% admin/processing fee).

Late Cancellation (<24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Emergencies: We understand life happens. If a true emergency occurs, please contact us; exceptions are made at our discretion.
UK CONSUMER RIGHTS & DISPUTES
Find Your Happy College (LTD) complies with UK Consumer Law.

Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by purchasing digital content or services that begin immediately (like a membership or instant download), you consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.
