Why Even Consider a Private Session?
First, let’s step away from the current image that is so heavily portrayed through movies, series and coaches. In these examples we are led to believe that one, we need a problem to solve, two, we must be somehow “fucked up” enough to desperately need to seek help, and third that you are incapable of “solving” this issue by yourself.
The third point of view here is for me the biggest one I disagree with, simply for one reason: You are the creator and chooser of everything in your life. And when you get this, you get to experience the true power you actually have as the creator and cultivator of your life.
These three narratives above are all designed to position you as a victim and you are powerless, and therefore need an external source to help you change the things in your life that are not working.
I’m here to offer you a different perspective (and I get to say this with the utmost confidence as I have been a major perpetrator of being a victim) it’s NOT true!
Your power is in your point of view, and you my friend get to choose your point of view.
If you buy and believe you are a victim, then welcome to your reality, you will create your life as a victim in all circumstances.
However, when you learn to embrace the power of choice, and that your point of view creates your reality, NOT reality creates your point of view, and you choose your point of view, you now step into a space of presence and power that is unstoppable!
